Behin Pardazan Koosha Company proudly announces that, continuing the research and production path of previous years, it has succeeded in expanding the production of specialized PP-RCT compounds; a strategic product that is now ready for widespread supply to domestic and export markets with its updated formulation, variety of application grades, and improved technical performance.

PP-RCT compounds were first designed and produced by the company’s research and development team in recent years, and at the same time, as the first localized example in the Iranian polymer industry, they attracted the attention of pipe industry activists. This year, by taking advantage of practical experiences, customer feedback, and technical advances, this product has entered a new stage of development.

The new PP-RCT compounds with controlled crystal structure exhibit higher resistance to pressure, high temperature and stress cracking. The updated formulation includes a careful selection of base grades, heat stabilizing additives, UV stabilizers and rheological modifiers, which improve processability, pipe wall uniformity and extend the service life of the final product.

These compounds are specifically designed for the production of cold and hot water pipes, underfloor heating systems, and industrial pressure pipes and are fully compliant with international standards such as DIN 8077/8078 and ISO 15874.

This year’s development of PP-RCT compounds is the result of combining practical experience from previous years with new technical innovations. By conducting pressure, impact, thermal resistance tests and careful examination of rheological properties, the company’s research team has succeeded in offering grades with higher performance, better processability and greater application versatility.
