Production of glass fiber compounds based on polypropylene; improving mechanical properties and thermal stability in engineering products

Behin Pardazan Koosha Company proudly announces that it has succeeded in developing and industrially producing various glass fiber reinforced compounds based on polypropylene (PP-GF); engineered products that are designed to increase strength, thermal stability, and mechanical resistance in industrial applications and are now ready to be supplied to domestic and export markets.

These compounds are produced with different percentages of glass fibers (from 10 to 40%) and, by utilizing high-quality base resins, compatibilizing additives, and thermal stabilizers, they demonstrate excellent performance in injection, extrusion, and thermoforming processes.

PP-GF compounds produced by Behin Pardazan Kosha Company have much higher mechanical properties than pure polypropylene. The addition of glass fibers increases the tensile modulus, impact resistance, dimensional stability and thermal tolerance of the final parts. These materials are especially used in the production of automotive parts, pipes and other construction parts, industrial equipment, household appliances and engineering products.

The formulations of these compounds are designed to ensure uniform dispersion of fibers in the polymer matrix, proper adhesion between phases, and optimal processability in industrial devices. Also, special additives such as process lubricants, antioxidants, and UV stabilizers can be added if required by the customer.

Producing PP-GF compounds domestically has not only reduced dependence on imported products, but also enabled precise customization based on the type of application, production process, and customer technical requirements. Behin Pardazan Koosha Company is ready to cooperate with industrial component manufacturers and engineering companies by providing complete technical documentation, mechanical tests, industrial samples, and expert advice.
