Behin Polymer’s specialized laboratory, with one of the most complete and modern sets of quality control and material analysis equipment in the country’s polymer industry, plays a key role in ensuring quality and developing advanced formulations. This center, using precise devices and experts specializing in the polymer field, has enabled continuous quality monitoring at all stages of production, from raw materials to the final product. MFI testing machine
The Melt Flow Index (MFI) measuring device is used to evaluate the fluidity of materials under standard conditions and determine their suitability for specific manufacturing processes such as injection, extrusion, and blow molding.

ESCR testing machine
Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) testing equipment is one of the best tools for examining polymers, as well as HDPE polyethylene, which is used to ensure the quality of industrial applications.

DSC testing machine
Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) measures the glass transition temperature (Tg), melting temperature (Tm), crystallinity, and heat of reaction of polymers with high accuracy. Data from DSC play an important role in quality control, structure determination, and formulation modification of polymer products.

VICAT testing machine
The VICAT test is one of the reference tests in the quality control of polymers and plastic materials. This device determines the softening temperature of materials based on international standards. The VICAT test is especially important in the production of injection molded parts and heated products, and with its help, the thermal resistance and performance of the product at high temperatures can be evaluated.

At Behin Polymer, quality control is not limited to the final stage of production; rather, from the initial selection and evaluation of raw materials to production and post-production, all processes are under the continuous supervision and testing of the QC unit. Also, Behin Polymer's quality control system is designed based on the principles of the ISO 9001 standard and minimizes the risk of errors and discrepancies by establishing control stations in production lines and conducting real-time and periodic tests. In addition to MFI, VICAT, DSC and ESCR devices, other quality control tools are also used at Behin Polymer.
