B\u00fck\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f \u015eerit Testi<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00fck\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f \u00e7ubuk testinde (ISO 4599), dikd\u00f6rtgen bir numune yar\u0131m daire (C \u015fekli) \u015feklinde b\u00fck\u00fcl\u00fcr ve \u00fczerine bir gerilim uygulan\u0131r. Numunede farkl\u0131 gerilimler olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in her bir \u00e7ubu\u011fun yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131 farkl\u0131 olabilir. Bu gerilim a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki denklem kullan\u0131larak hesaplanabilir:  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/behinpolymerco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/f1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burada d numunenin kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, r ise ilk numunenin yar\u0131\u00e7ap\u0131d\u0131r. Kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan bir s\u00fcre sonra numune cihazdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r ve a\u015f\u0131nma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00f6rsel olarak veya kalan mukavemetini de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in mekanik olarak incelenir.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu test \u00e7o\u011funlukla amorf polimerleri de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Test s\u0131ras\u0131nda numuneye uygulanan gerilim azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yar\u0131 kristal polimerler i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Esnek malzemeler i\u00e7in b\u00fck\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f \u015ferit testi<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu test, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri&#8217;ndeki Bell Laboratuvarlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve o zamandan beri ASTM D1693 olarak standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu teknik, polietilen gibi esnek polimerler i\u00e7in uygundur, ancak en iyi kalite kontrol ama\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntemde kullan\u0131lan cihaz t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bir resmi \u015eekil 2&#8217;de g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu testte kullan\u0131lan numuneler, bir fikst\u00fcre kenetlenen ve gerilim olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in kendi \u00fczerine 180\u00b0 b\u00fck\u00fclen dikd\u00f6rtgen oluklu \u015feritlerdir (38 \u00d7 13 \u00d7 3 mm). Fikste yerle\u015ftirildikten sonra, numuneler hemen istenen test ko\u015fullar\u0131 alt\u0131nda kimyasal ortama maruz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntem, polimerde belirli bir \u00e7apta bir dizi delik olu\u015fturmay\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Pimler yerle\u015ftirildikten bir saat sonra, numuneler 20 saat boyunca ortama dald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Daha sonra numuneler kurutulur ve k\u0131lcal \u00e7atlaklar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00f6rsel olarak incelenir. Polimerin ESC direncini belirlemek i\u00e7in, g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr bir b\u00fck\u00fclmeye neden olan en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bilye hesaplamalarda dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Sabit \u00e7ekme deformasyonu<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sabit \u00e7ekme deformasyon testi, \u015fu anda ISO DIS 22088 B\u00f6l\u00fcm 5 olarak ISO standard\u0131 olarak geli\u015ftirilmekte olan nispeten yeni bir testtir. Test y\u00f6ntemi, numuneye sabit bir deformasyon uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve numune \u00e7\u00f6zeltiye dald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken meydana gelen gerilim azalmas\u0131n\u0131n izlenmesini i\u00e7erir. Test, ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k testlerin gerilim azalma e\u011frileri \u00fcst \u00fcste gelene kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, art\u0131ml\u0131 deformasyon aral\u0131klar\u0131nda tekrarlan\u0131r (\u015eekil 3). Bu deformasyon seviyesini \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in gereken uygulanan gerilim, kritik gerilim olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Yava\u015f gerilme h\u0131z\u0131 testi<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yava\u015f gerinim h\u0131z\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi, metaller i\u00e7in iyi incelenmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ve \u015fu anda ISO DIS 22088 B\u00f6l\u00fcm 6 olarak geli\u015ftirilmekte olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, son zamanlarda plastiklerin performans\u0131n\u0131 karakterize etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Test y\u00f6ntemi, bir numuneyi kimyasal bir ortama maruz b\u0131rakmay\u0131 ve sabit bir yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme ile numune \u00fczerindeki gerinimi art\u0131rmay\u0131 i\u00e7erir. \u015eekil 3&#8217;te elde edilen gerilim-azalma e\u011frilerinin etkisini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in (1&gt;5) d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gerinim h\u0131zlar\u0131nda tek eksenli \u00e7ekme alt\u0131nda testler yap\u0131l\u0131r ve bu, ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k e\u011friler \u00fcst \u00fcste gelene kadar devam eder (3 ve 4). \u015eekil 3&#8217;te, S0 ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 \u200b\u200bgerilimi ve S, t an\u0131ndaki gerilimdir. Gerilim-gerinim e\u011frilerini olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in y\u00fck ve yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme s\u00fcrekli olarak izlenir. Numunede k\u0131lcal \u00e7atlaklar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131, gerinimin \u00e7atlaklarda lokalize olmas\u0131na neden olur, b\u00f6ylece numuneyi deforme etmek i\u00e7in gereken gerilim, inert ortama k\u0131yasla azal\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde, \u015eekil 4&#8217;te g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi gibi, kimyasal ortamdaki gerilim-gerinim e\u011frisinin hava e\u011frisine g\u00f6re sapmas\u0131yla \u00e7atlaman\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 tespit edilebilir. Sabit \u00e7ekme gerilimi testi<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu testin ay\u0131rt edici \u00f6zelli\u011fi, numunelere sabit bir y\u00fck uygulanmas\u0131d\u0131r; b\u00f6ylece sabit gerinim test y\u00f6ntemlerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan gerilim azalmas\u0131 sorunu ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Bu test y\u00f6nteminde kullan\u0131lan aparat\u0131n \u015femas\u0131 \u015eekil 5&#8217;te g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Bu teknik, incelenen numuneyi polimerin \u00e7ekme akma geriliminden daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir gerilimde sabit bir \u00e7ekme gerilimine maruz b\u0131rakmay\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Bu de\u011fer genellikle numunenin bir ucundan as\u0131l\u0131 bir a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kullan\u0131larak elde edilir. Daha sonra numune gerilim \u00e7atlatma maddesine dald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve girintinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in belirli aral\u0131klarla incelenir.
