Kopolimerlerin Tan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kopolimerler, iki veya daha fazla farkl\u0131 monomer t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kimyasal olarak birbirine ba\u011flanmas\u0131yla olu\u015fan polimerizasyon i\u015flemiyle \u00fcretilen bir polimer s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131d\u0131r. Monomerler, birbirleriyle reaksiyona girerek polimer ad\u0131 verilen uzun zincirler olu\u015fturabilen k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck molek\u00fcllerdir. Kopolimerlerin S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kopolimerler, polimer zincirindeki farkl\u0131 monomer t\u00fcrlerinin dizili\u015fine g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Kopolimerler, polimerizasyon i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda kimyasal olarak birbirine ba\u011flanan iki veya daha fazla farkl\u0131 monomerden olu\u015fur. Bu monomerlerin polimer zincirinde dizili\u015f \u015fekli, kopolimerin t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc belirler ve \u00f6zelliklerini, davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 etkiler. Alternatif Kopolimerler<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternatif kopolimerlerde, monomerler polimer zinciri boyunca d\u00fczenli ve tahmin edilebilir bir d\u00fczende s\u0131ralan\u0131r. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan yap\u0131, kararl\u0131 ve iyi tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f bir d\u00fczenleme olu\u015fturan iki monomerin d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir tekrar\u0131d\u0131r. Aral\u0131kl\u0131 kopolimerler genellikle, iki tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 monomerin birbirleriyle reaksiyona girerek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck molek\u00fclleri uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kademeli b\u00fcy\u00fcme polimerizasyonu ile sentezlenir. Polietilen tereftalat (PET), mukavemeti, \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve neme kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcksek direnci nedeniyle i\u00e7ecek \u015fi\u015felerinde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan, etilen glikol ve tereftalik asit \u00fcnitelerinden olu\u015fan alternatif bir kopolimerdir (\u015eekil 4).   <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/behinpolymerco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/copolymer-4-qaa0av87macuo4o2nk0ivf3709e1g5mbo7i788u8g4.png\" alt=\"copolymer-4\" title=\"copolymer-4\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u015eekil 4. Blok Kopolimerler<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blok kopolimerler, kovalent ba\u011flarla birbirine ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f iki veya daha fazla ayr\u0131 monomer blo\u011fundan olu\u015fur. Her blok, bir sonraki blo\u011fa ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce nispeten uzun bir s\u00fcre boyunca tek tip monomer dizisine sahiptir. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blok kopolimerler, farkl\u0131 \u00f6zelliklere sahip ayr\u0131 b\u00f6lgeler veya alanlar olu\u015fturan mikrofaz ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sergiler. Bloklar\u0131n dizilimi, blok kopolimerlere geli\u015fmi\u015f mekanik \u00f6zellikler ve geli\u015fmi\u015f faz kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi benzersiz \u00f6zellikler kazand\u0131r\u0131r. Polistiren-polib\u00fctadien (SBS), yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131larda ve ayakkab\u0131 tabanlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan bir blok kopolimerdir. Kopolimerlerin Sentezi<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kopolimer sentez y\u00f6ntemleri, iki veya daha fazla farkl\u0131 monomerin polimerizasyonu yoluyla kopolimer \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli teknikleri ifade eder. Bu y\u00f6ntemler, farkl\u0131 monomerlerin kontroll\u00fc bir \u015fekilde dahil edilmesine olanak tan\u0131yarak, belirli bile\u015fimlere, yap\u0131lara ve \u00f6zelliklere sahip kopolimerler elde edilmesini sa\u011flar. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yayg\u0131n kopolimer sentez y\u00f6ntemlerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131 ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1. Serbest Radikal Polimerizasyon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serbest radikal polimerizasyonu, kopolimer \u00fcretiminde en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan y\u00f6ntemlerden biridir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, monomerlerin polimerizasyon reaksiyonunu ba\u015flatan serbest radikaller olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in bir radikal ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Monomerler, bu serbest radikallerle reaksiyona girerek kopolimer zincirleri olu\u015fturur. S\u0131cakl\u0131k ve konsantrasyon gibi reaksiyon ko\u015fullar\u0131, monomerlerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve nihai kopolimerin bile\u015fimini kontrol etmek i\u00e7in ayarlanabilir.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.2. Katk\u0131 Polimerizasyonu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Katk\u0131 polimerizasyonu, karbon-karbon \u00e7ift ba\u011flar\u0131 i\u00e7eren monomerlerin (doymam\u0131\u015f monomerler) bir dizi katk\u0131 reaksiyonuna girerek bir kopolimer olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir polimerizasyon t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Yayg\u0131n katk\u0131 polimerizasyonu y\u00f6ntemleri aras\u0131nda radikal katk\u0131 polimerizasyonu (\u015eekil 7) ve koordinasyon polimerizasyonu bulunur. Yo\u011funla\u015fma Polimerizasyonu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yo\u011funla\u015fma polimerizasyonu, hidroksil ve karboksil gruplar\u0131 gibi fonksiyonel gruplara sahip monomerler aras\u0131ndaki reaksiyonu i\u00e7erir. Reaksiyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda, su veya metanol gibi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck molek\u00fcller uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve bunun sonucunda bir kopolimer ve di\u011fer yan \u00fcr\u00fcnler olu\u015fur.
