Polimerler, \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc \u00f6zellikleri nedeniyle \u00e7e\u015fitli end\u00fcstrilerde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r, ancak \u0131s\u0131, \u0131\u015f\u0131k ve oksijen gibi \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlere maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131nda bozulmaya e\u011filimlidirler. Polimerlerde antioksidanlar, serbest radikallerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynaklanan oksidatif bozulmay\u0131 \u00f6nler; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc serbest radikallerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve radikal reaksiyonlar\u0131n meydana gelmesi, polimer zincirlerinin k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na, renk de\u011fi\u015fimine, mekanik \u00f6zelliklerin kayb\u0131na ve di\u011fer zararl\u0131 etkilere yol a\u00e7abilir. Bu \u00f6zellikler \u015funlard\u0131r: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Y\u00fcksek termal kararl\u0131l\u0131k: Antioksidanlar, polimerlerin uzun s\u00fcreli korunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in i\u015fleme operasyonlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda kararl\u0131 kalmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">b) D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck u\u00e7uculuk: Antioksidanlar\u0131n, i\u015fleme ve kullan\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda buharla\u015fmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in minimum bir buhar bas\u0131nc\u0131na sahip olmalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c) Uyumluluk: D\u00fczg\u00fcn da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m ve verimli performans sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in polimer matrislerle uyumlu olmalar\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">d) Sinerjik etkiler: Baz\u0131 antioksidanlar, stabilizat\u00f6rler veya UV emiciler gibi di\u011fer katk\u0131 maddeleriyle birlikte kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daha iyi performans g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Antioksidan t\u00fcrleri<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7e\u015fitli polimer uygulamalar\u0131nda farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrde antioksidanlar kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r, bunlar aras\u0131nda \u015funlar yer almaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> A) Ba\u015fl\u0131ca antioksidanlar:<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu antioksidanlar, hidrojen atomlar\u0131n\u0131 serbest radikallere aktararak radikal yakalay\u0131c\u0131 g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcr ve b\u00f6ylece oksidasyon zincir reaksiyonunu sonland\u0131r\u0131r. \u00d6rnekler aras\u0131nda, y\u00fcksek oranda engellenmi\u015f fonksiyonel gruplara sahip baz\u0131 fenolik yap\u0131lar (\u00f6rne\u011fin, molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131 \u015eekil 3&#8217;te g\u00f6sterilen Irganox 1010) ve baz\u0131 engellenmi\u015f amin \u0131\u015f\u0131k stabilizat\u00f6rleri (HALS) yer almaktad\u0131r. Amin antioksidanlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n nihai \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn rengini etkiledi\u011fini ve bir\u00e7ok uygulamada kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtmek \u00f6nemlidir.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/behinpolymerco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/Antioxidant-3-q9ojg8xaxov8lt5xekwbvzxqp0rqp37ck4lq6kzenk.png\" alt=\"Antioxidant-3\" title=\"Antioxidant-3\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u015eekil 3. Antioksidan 1010&#8217;un molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131 <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B) \u0130kincil antioksidanlar:<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu antioksidanlar, oksidasyon i\u015flemi s\u0131ras\u0131nda olu\u015fan peroksitleri par\u00e7alar. Fosfit veya fosfonit gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7eren yayg\u0131n ikincil antioksidanlar veya organik k\u00fck\u00fcrt i\u00e7eren bile\u015fikler ve ditiyofosfonatlar bu alanda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer yayg\u0131n ikincil antioksidanlar aras\u0131nda dilauril tiyodipropiyonat (DLTDP), distearil tiyodipropiyonat (DSTDP) gibi tiyoesterler ve baz\u0131 fosfitler (\u00f6rne\u011fin, molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131 \u015eekil 4&#8217;te g\u00f6sterilen Irgafos 168) yer almaktad\u0131r. Fosfitlerin fenolik birincil antioksidanlarla sinerjik \u00f6zellikler sergiledi\u011fi belirtilmelidir. Fenolik antioksidanlar ve fenolik fosfit bile\u015fikleri, polimerlerin termo-oksidatif bozunmas\u0131na ve renk de\u011fi\u015fimine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fckemmel koruma sa\u011flar.    <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/behinpolymerco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Antioxidant-4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u015eekil 4. Antioksidan 168&#8217;in molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131 <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do\u011fru antioksidan\u0131 se\u00e7mek hangi fakt\u00f6rlere ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antioksidan se\u00e7imi, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler de dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli fakt\u00f6rlere ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Temel polimerin t\u00fcr\u00fc,<br\/>2) Ekstr\u00fczyon s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131,<br\/>3) ve son \u00fcr\u00fcn uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flevsel hedefleri.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6rne\u011fin, ambalaj \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u00e7in, oksidasyon esas olarak \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finden, Antioksidan 168 gibi ikincil antioksidanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 daha iyidir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, a\u00e7\u0131k havada kullan\u0131lan plastik \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in, oksidasyon hem \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde hem de t\u00fcketim d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda meydana gelebilece\u011finden, Antioksidan 1010 ve Antioksidan 168&#8217;in bir kombinasyonu kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antioksidanlar ayr\u0131ca tar\u0131msal filmlere termal stabiliteyi art\u0131rmak, renk solmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in eklenir. Borularda uygun antioksidanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemlidir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler uzun s\u00fcre a\u00e7\u0131k havada d\u0131\u015f \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlere maruz kal\u0131r ve bu da oksidasyona yol a\u00e7ar. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Polimer end\u00fcstrisinde ve di\u011fer end\u00fcstrilerde antioksidanlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Daha \u00f6nce de belirtildi\u011fi gibi, antioksidanlar \u00e7e\u015fitli polimer \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde geni\u015f bir uygulama alan\u0131na sahiptir. \u015eekil 5 bu uygulamalardan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/behinpolymerco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Antioxidant-5-300x171.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u015eekil 5. Antioksidan i\u00e7eren ana kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalarda kullan\u0131m\u0131 <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da, \u00e7e\u015fitli polimerlerde antioksidanlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na dair k\u0131sa bir \u00f6zet yer almaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a) Poliolefinler: Polietilen (PE) ve polipropilen (PP) malzemelerinde \u0131s\u0131, \u0131\u015f\u0131k ve i\u015fleme ba\u011fl\u0131 bozulmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in antioksidanlar kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<br\/>b) Polistiren (PS) ve ABS: Antioksidanlar, bu polimerleri i\u015fleme ve uzun s\u00fcreli kullan\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda renk bozulmas\u0131na, k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011fa ve mekanik \u00f6zellik kayb\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 korur.<br\/>c) Polivinil Klor\u00fcr (PVC): Antioksidanlar, \u0131s\u0131ya, UV radyasyonuna ve oksidatif ortamlara maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda PVC \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin stabilitesini ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flar.<br\/>D) Kau\u00e7uk: Antioksidanlar lastiklerde ve ayr\u0131ca eskimeyi, \u00e7atlamay\u0131 ve \u00fcr\u00fcn bozulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<br\/>Tekstil end\u00fcstrisinde de antioksidan masterbatch&#8217;ler, lifleri ve kuma\u015flar\u0131 oksidatif hasardan korumak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu, \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa, \u0131s\u0131ya ve \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlere maruz kalman\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu renk solmas\u0131n\u0131, mukavemet kayb\u0131n\u0131 ve bozulmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Antioksidan masterbatch&#8217;ler genellikle sentetik liflerin, ipliklerin ve tekstillerin \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131r.  <br\/>Ayr\u0131ca, antioksidan masterbatch&#8217;ler kozmetik ve ki\u015fisel bak\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde oksidatif bozulmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve \u00fcr\u00fcn stabilitesini korumak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu, ya\u011flar, kat\u0131 ya\u011flar ve di\u011fer hassas bile\u015fenler i\u00e7eren form\u00fclleri oksidasyondan koruyarak daha uzun raf \u00f6mr\u00fc ve daha y\u00fcksek \u00fcr\u00fcn performans\u0131 sa\u011flar. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antioksidanlar, oksidatif bozulmay\u0131 azaltarak polimerlerin b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve performans\u0131n\u0131 korumada hayati bir rol oynar.
