Termal bozunma s\u0131ras\u0131nda serbest radikaller \u00fcretme yetene\u011fi, onu plastik, kau\u00e7uk ve di\u011fer malzemelerin \u00fcretiminde de\u011ferli bir bile\u015fik haline getirmektedir. Bu makale, DTBP&#8217;nin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, sentez yollar\u0131n\u0131, reaksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6zellikle polimerizasyon end\u00fcstrisindeki ve di\u011fer end\u00fcstriyel uygulamalardaki \u00f6nemine odaklanarak incelemektedir.  <\/p>\n<h2>1. Yap\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Ditertier b\u00fctil peroksit, peroksit ba\u011f\u0131yla birbirine ba\u011flanan iki tersiyer b\u00fctil grubundan olu\u015fan e\u015fsiz molek\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131yla karakterize edilir. Yap\u0131sal g\u00f6sterim a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir (\u015eekil 1):<br \/>\n< 0 >\u015eekil 1. DTBP&#8217;nin kimyasal yap\u0131s\u0131<br \/>\nBu yap\u0131, oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunurken ayn\u0131 zamanda \u0131s\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda serbest radikallere ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131r ve radikal ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131 olarak etkili olabilir.<br \/>\n\u0130\u015fte di-tert-b\u00fctil peroksit (DTBP) yap\u0131s\u0131yla ilgili baz\u0131 \u00f6nemli noktalar:<br \/>\n\u2022 Molek\u00fcler yap\u0131: Molek\u00fcl, bir peroksit fonksiyonel grubuna (-O-O-) ba\u011fl\u0131 iki tert-b\u00fctil grubundan (2,2-dimetilpropil gruplar\u0131) olu\u015fur. Tert-b\u00fctil gruplar\u0131 hacimli ve sterik olarak engellenmi\u015ftir; bu da DTBP&#8217;nin di\u011fer organik peroksitlere k\u0131yasla kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunur. Peroksit ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131n etraf\u0131ndaki sterik engel, onu oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bozunmaya kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7li hale getirir.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ba\u011flanma: DTBP&#8217;deki peroksit (O-O) ba\u011f\u0131, tekli karbon-karbon veya karbon-oksijen ba\u011flar\u0131na k\u0131yasla nispeten zay\u0131f bir kovalent ba\u011fd\u0131r. Bu durum, yap\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hemolitik par\u00e7alanmaya u\u011framas\u0131na ve iki tert-b\u00fctil radikali \u00fcretmesine neden olur. Tert-b\u00fctil gruplar\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc karbon-oksijen ba\u011flar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla oksijen atomlar\u0131na ba\u011flan\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flar, DTBP&#8217;nin ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda bozulmadan kal\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2022 Kararl\u0131l\u0131k: B\u00fcy\u00fck tert-b\u00fctil gruplar\u0131, peroksit ba\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in sterik koruma sa\u011flayarak DTBP&#8217;yi en kararl\u0131 organik peroksitlerden biri yapar. Bu kararl\u0131l\u0131k, DTBP&#8217;nin \u00f6nemli bir bozunma olmadan oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda saklanmas\u0131na olanak tan\u0131r. DTBP&#8217;nin polar olmamas\u0131, molek\u00fclde polar fonksiyonel gruplar\u0131n minimum d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011fu ve C-H ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n bask\u0131n oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011finden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.   <\/p>\n<h2>2. Sentez y\u00f6ntemi<\/h2>\n<p>Ditertiary b\u00fctil peroksit (DTBP), esas olarak tert-b\u00fctanol veya izob\u00fctan\u0131n oksidasyonuna odaklanan \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntemlerle sentezlenir. Sentez yollar\u0131, i\u015flem g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve verimlili\u011fini korurken y\u00fcksek DTBP verimi elde etmek \u00fczere tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da, en yayg\u0131n sentez y\u00f6ntemlerini ele alacak ve mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyece\u011fiz.<br \/>\n1.2. Tert-b\u00fctanol\u00fcn Oksidasyonu: Di-tert-b\u00fctil peroksit sentezinin en geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlerinden biri, tert-b\u00fctanol\u00fcn oksidasyonunu i\u00e7erir. Bu y\u00f6ntemde genellikle oksitleyici madde olarak hidrojen peroksit kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Reaksiyon \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00f6zetlenebilir:  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/behinpolymerco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/%D9%88%D8%A7%DA%A9%D9%86%D8%B4-%D9%87%D8%A7-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"413\" height=\"61\"><\/p>\n<p>Reaksiyon genellikle oksidasyon s\u00fcrecini h\u0131zland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda (yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 ila 80\u00b0C) ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Peroksitin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bozunmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kontrol edilmesine \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir. Reaksiyondan sonra, \u00fcr\u00fcn kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 so\u011futulur ve y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta bir \u00fcr\u00fcn elde etmek i\u00e7in di-tert-b\u00fctil peroksit dam\u0131tma veya yeniden kristalle\u015ftirme yoluyla ekstrakte edilir.<br \/>\n2.2. \u0130zob\u00fctan\u0131n se\u00e7ici peroksidasyonu: Son geli\u015fmeler, molek\u00fcler oksijen kullan\u0131larak izob\u00fctan\u0131n se\u00e7ici peroksidasyonu yoluyla DTBP sentezi i\u00e7in yeni bir y\u00f6ntem ortaya koymu\u015ftur (\u015eekil 2). Bu y\u00f6ntem, geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlere k\u0131yasla daha \u00e7evre dostu ve verimlidir.<br \/>\n< 0 >\u015eekil 2. \u0130zob\u00fctan\u0131n DTBP&#8217;ye se\u00e7ici peroksidasyonu<br \/>\nBu reaksiyonda genellikle izob\u00fctan ve molek\u00fcler oksijen aras\u0131ndaki reaksiyonu kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran molibden oksit (MoO3) veya s\u00fclfatlanm\u0131\u015f titanyum oksit gibi kat\u0131 bir kataliz\u00f6r kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Reaksiyon orta s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda (yakla\u015f\u0131k 100-150 \u00b0C) ve atmosferik bas\u0131n\u00e7ta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Reaktif olarak oksijen kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015flemin kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131r. \u0130zob\u00fctan, bir dizi radikal reaksiyon yoluyla di-tert-b\u00fctil peroksit olu\u015fturmak \u00fczere oksitlenir. Kataliz\u00f6r, reaksiyonun se\u00e7icili\u011fini kontrol etmede ve yan \u00fcr\u00fcnleri en aza indirmede \u00f6nemli bir rol oynar.    <\/p>\n<p>3.2. \u0130yonik S\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n Kullan\u0131m\u0131: Son \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, di-tert-b\u00fctil peroksit sentezi i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc olarak iyonik s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130yonik s\u0131v\u0131lar, reaksiyon h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 ve se\u00e7icili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131rken \u00e7evre dostu bir ortam sa\u011flayabilir. <\/p>\n<p>4.2. G\u00fcvenlik Hususlar\u0131: Di-tert-b\u00fctil peroksit sentezi s\u0131ras\u0131nda, peroksitlerin reaktif yap\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle g\u00fcvenlik b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Genellikle a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131r:<br \/>\n\u2022 S\u0131cakl\u0131k kontrol\u00fc: Uygun reaksiyon s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131, u\u00e7ucu reaksiyonlar\u0131 veya peroksit ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u0130nert atmosfer: Reaksiyonun inert bir atmosferde (\u00f6rne\u011fin azot) ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi, atmosferdeki nem veya oksijenle istenmeyen yan reaksiyon riskini en aza indirebilir.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ki\u015fisel Koruyucu Ekipman (KKD): Aktif kimyasallara maruz kalmaya kar\u015f\u0131 korunmak i\u00e7in eldiven, g\u00f6zl\u00fck ve laboratuvar \u00f6nl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de dahil olmak \u00fczere uygun ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipman (KKD) giyilmelidir. <\/p>\n<h2>3. DTBP&#8217;nin polimerizasyonda ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131 olarak uygulanmas\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Ditert-b\u00fctil peroksit (DTBP), termal bozunma sonucu serbest radikaller olu\u015fturma yetene\u011fi nedeniyle polimerizasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ve yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan bir ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi, \u00f6zellikle polimer ve elastomer \u00fcretiminde olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli end\u00fcstriyel uygulamalarda onu vazge\u00e7ilmez k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da, DTBP&#8217;nin polimerizasyonda ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131 olarak \u00f6zel uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irecek ve \u00e7e\u015fitli sekt\u00f6rlerdeki \u00f6nemini inceleyece\u011fiz.  <\/p>\n<p>1.3. Termoplastiklerin Polimerizasyonu: DTBP, \u00e7e\u015fitli termoplastik malzemelerin polimerizasyonunu ba\u015flatmak i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r,<\/p>\n<p>Polietilen (PE): DTBP, hem d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluklu polietilen (LDPE) hem de y\u00fcksek yo\u011funluklu polietilen (HDPE) \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. DTBP kullan\u0131m\u0131, kontroll\u00fc radikal polimerizasyona olanak tan\u0131yarak istenen molek\u00fcler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klara ve \u00f6zelliklere sahip polimerler elde edilmesini sa\u011flar. DTBP&#8217;nin termal kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, polimerizasyon i\u015fleminin y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmesini sa\u011flar ki bu da end\u00fcstriyel \u00fcretim i\u00e7in faydal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\nPolipropilen (PP): Polipropilen \u00fcretiminde, DTBP, propilen monomerlerinin polimerizasyonu i\u00e7in radikal ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131 g\u00f6revi g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Elde edilen polipropilen, geli\u015fmi\u015f mekanik \u00f6zellikler sergileyerek ambalaj, otomotiv par\u00e7alar\u0131 ve t\u00fcketim mallar\u0131 dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalar i\u00e7in uygun hale gelir.<br \/>\nPolistiren (PS): DTBP ayr\u0131ca stirenin polimerizasyonunu ba\u015flatmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve bu da polistiren olu\u015fumuna yol a\u00e7ar. Bu polimer, k\u00f6p\u00fck malzemelerin, kaplar\u0131n ve \u00e7e\u015fitli t\u00fcketici \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin \u00fcretiminde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r (\u015eekil 3).  <\/p>\n<figure><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/behinpolymerco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/%D8%B4%DA%A9%D9%84-3-%D9%BE%D8%B1%D9%88%D9%85%DA%A9%D8%B3%DB%8C%D8%AF.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"245\"><figcaption>\u015eekil 3. Elastomerlerin \u00e7apraz ba\u011flanmas\u0131:<\/h2>\n<p>DTBP&#8217;nin polimerizasyon end\u00fcstrisindeki \u00f6nemli uygulamalar\u0131ndan biri, elastomerlerin \u00e7apraz ba\u011flanmas\u0131ndaki rol\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u00c7apraz ba\u011flanma, kau\u00e7uk malzemelerin mekanik \u00f6zelliklerini art\u0131rarak onlar\u0131 daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve \u0131s\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li hale getirir. Spesifik uygulamalar \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>\nDo\u011fal ve sentetik kau\u00e7uk: DTBP, do\u011fal ve sentetik kau\u00e7u\u011fu \u00e7apraz ba\u011flamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve bu da elastikiyetlerini ve esnekliklerini art\u0131r\u0131r. Bu, \u00f6zellikle performans ve uzun \u00f6m\u00fcr i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f mekanik \u00f6zelliklerin kritik oldu\u011fu lastik, hortum ve conta \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nemlidir.<br \/>\nTermoplastik elastomerler (TPE&#8217;ler): TPE \u00fcretiminde, DTBP, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzemelerin orijinal polimerlerle uyumlu hale getirilmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, DTBP&#8217;nin peroksit ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, TPE&#8217;lerin \u00e7ekme dayan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve termal \u00f6zelliklerini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde iyile\u015ftirdi\u011fini ve bu sayede otomotiv ve t\u00fcketici \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde kullan\u0131ma uygun hale getirdi\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.  <\/p>\n<h2>3.3. Kompozit \u00fcretimi<\/h2>\n<p>Kompozit malzemelerin \u00fcretiminde, re\u00e7ine malzemelerinin polimerizasyonunun ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler de dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli end\u00fcstrilerde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynar:<br \/>\nRe\u00e7ine matrislerinin polimerizasyonunun ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 nokta bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r. Bu yaz\u0131l\u0131m, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler de dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7e\u015fitli sekt\u00f6rlerde hayati \u00f6neme sahiptir:<br \/>\nHavac\u0131l\u0131k ve Otomotiv: Fiber takviyeli kompozit malzemelerin (\u00f6rne\u011fin fiberglas veya karbon fiber) \u00fcretiminde, DTBP re\u00e7ine matrisinin k\u00fcrle\u015fmesini ba\u015flat\u0131r. Bu da havac\u0131l\u0131k ve otomotiv uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan hafif, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzemeler elde edilmesini sa\u011flar.<br \/>\n\u0130n\u015faat: DTBP, takviye lifleri ile re\u00e7ine matrisleri aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme yetene\u011fi yap\u0131sal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011fu in\u015faat uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in kompozit malzemelerin \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. <\/p>\n<h2>4.3. Re\u00e7inelerin ve yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n k\u00fcrlenmesi:<\/h2>\n<p>Re\u00e7inelerin ve yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n k\u00fcrleme i\u015flemlerinde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r, etkili yap\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzemelerin olu\u015fumunu sa\u011flar. Spesifik uygulama alanlar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>\nYap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar ve s\u0131zd\u0131rma malzemeleri: Yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00fcretiminde, DTBP yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bile\u015fenlerinin polimerizasyonunu ba\u015flatarak \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00fczeylere etkili bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu uygulama, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yap\u0131\u015fman\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011fu in\u015faat, otomotiv ve t\u00fcketim mallar\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<br \/>\nKaplamalar: DTBP ayr\u0131ca boya ve vernik gibi kaplamalar\u0131n form\u00fclasyonunda da kullan\u0131l\u0131r. K\u00fcrleme s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatarak, koruma ve estetik g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm sa\u011flayan sert, dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir y\u00fczey olu\u015fumuna yol a\u00e7ar.  <\/p>\n<h2>5.3. K\u00f6p\u00fck \u00fcretimi:<\/h2>\n<p>DTBP, genle\u015ftirilmi\u015f polistiren (EPS) ve poli\u00fcretan k\u00f6p\u00fck gibi k\u00f6p\u00fck malzemelerin \u00fcretiminde \u015fi\u015firme ajan\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. DTBP&#8217;nin ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, k\u00f6p\u00fcrmeye neden olan gazlar a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kararak hafif, yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 k\u00f6p\u00fck \u00fcr\u00fcnler elde edilmesini sa\u011flar. Bu uygulama, \u00f6zellikle k\u00f6p\u00fck malzemelerin yal\u0131t\u0131m ve yast\u0131klama amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ambalaj ve in\u015faat sekt\u00f6rlerinde \u00f6nemlidir.   <\/p>\n<h2>4. PEX \u00fcretiminde DTBP uygulamas\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Ditert-b\u00fctil peroksit (DTBP), \u00f6zellikle PEX-a prosesinde olmak \u00fczere, \u00e7apraz ba\u011fl\u0131 polietilen (PEX) borular\u0131n \u00fcretiminde yayg\u0131n olarak ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte DTBP&#8217;nin PEX \u00fcretimindeki \u00f6zel uygulamas\u0131na ili\u015fkin baz\u0131 \u00f6nemli noktalar:<br \/>\n1.4.
